Turkey & Cranberry Panini
This warm, toasty panini is a December RV favorite. Savory turkey, melty cheese, and sweet cranberry sauce come together in minutes for a comforting lunch that feels festive without the fuss.
Ingredients (Serves 2- 4)
- 8 slices bread (sourdough, ciabatta, or whole wheat)
- 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup sliced or shredded cheese (Swiss, provolone, or mozzarella)
- 1–2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
Optional add-ins:
- Baby spinach or arugula
- Thinly sliced apple
- Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Assemble the sandwiches. Lay out bread slices. Spread cranberry sauce on one side. Add turkey, cheese, and any optional add-ins. Top with another slice of bread.
- Heat the pan. Heat a skillet or panini press over medium heat. Lightly butter or oil the outside of each sandwich.
- Cook until golden. Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side (or until pressed), until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm
Slice in half and enjoy hot.
