Skillet Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

Juicy boneless chicken thighs cooked in a single skillet with garlic, herbs, and butter—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. This one-pan meal is full of flavor, low-mess, and ready in about 20 minutes.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of the butter.
- Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add garlic and remaining butter to the pan. Stir around the chicken for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and the butter is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
- Serve hot with a fresh side like cucumber avocado salad or sautéed green beans.
