One-Pan Garlic Butter Steak & Veggies
Valentine’s Day is all about sharing special moments—and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious meal made right in your RV? This One-Pan Garlic Butter Steak & Veggies is a perfect balance of simplicity and indulgence, featuring tender, juicy steak cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce with perfectly roasted vegetables. Best of all, it’s easy to make and requires just one pan—because love (and good food) should never be complicated!
Total Time: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients:
Casserole
▢ 2 small steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
▢ 2 tbsp butter
▢ 2 cloves garlic, minced
▢ 1 cup cherry tomatoes
▢ 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
▢ 1 cup asparagus spears, trimmed
▢ 1 tsp salt & pepper
▢ ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp butter, and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (adjust for desired doneness). Set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic, then toss in potatoes, cooking until golden.
- Add asparagus and cherry tomatoes, seasoning everything with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until tender.
- Return steak to the pan to reheat, then serve warm.
