Gluten-Free Easy Quiche
I love breakfast for dinner! Here is an easy crustless quiche recipe that hits the spot for a hearty meal that is perfect any time of the day. Add in veggies or keep it meat heavy – the base is perfect to play with to make a tasty quiche recipe you’ll go back to again and again.
Ingredients
6 whole eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese of choice (I love gruyére)
1 cup cooked bacon
½ cup diced ham
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
Butter
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Grease a 9” pie pan or square pan with butter
Mix all the ingredients together well, then pour into pan
Bake 30-35 minutes or until done in the center

Swap the bacon and ham for sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers. Add a sprinkle of feta for tangy brightness.
🌮 Southwest Kick Twist
Fold in diced green chiles, black beans, and pepper jack cheese. Top with salsa or avocado slices before serving.
🐟 Coastal Comfort Twist
Use smoked salmon instead of bacon and ham, toss in some fresh dill, and finish with a dollop of sour cream. Elegant yet RV-easy.
🧀 Loaded Potato Twist
Mix in cooked hashbrowns, bacon bits, and sharp cheddar. Basically, breakfast casserole met quiche and they fell in love.
