Every time this potato salad is made, it disappears fast. It’s a family favorite and the Frisch’s tartar sauce makes all the difference.

Ingredients:

5-7 potatoes, peeled, chunked and boiled until just fork tender

5-6 dill pickles, diced

1/4 cup chives

1 medium onion, diced

2 stalks celery, diced

2 TBSP sweet relish

1 jar (15 oz) Helman’s Mayonnaise

1-2 TBSP (heaping) Frisch’s Tartar Sauce

2-3 hard boiled eggs, diced

Garlic powder (to taste)

Black pepper (to taste)

Seasoned salt (to taste)

Directions:

Mix all together and slowly add in seasonings to taste. Chill and serve.
