No Peek Chicken
This was one of my absolute favorite dishes growing up. My mom had it right back then – a one dish meal even before air fryers and instant pots.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can use chicken thighs too)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup plus 1 can of water
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 TBSP parsley
1 pinch curry powder
1 box Original Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice
Directions:
Lightly grease casserole dish.
Stir together all ingredients in casserole dish except chicken and onion soup mix. After well combined, place chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours.
