Talona Ridge RV Resort sits atop a plateau looking down into the Ellijay Valley in Georgia with commanding views of the Cohutta and Rich Mountain Wilderness and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. The resort offers three tiered levels, allowing guests to experience the variety of beauty that sets the Blue Ridge Mountains apart from the rest. It is safe to say there are no bad sites in the resort.
They designed the resort with RVers in mind, from the location to the amenities, wide roads, large sites, and concrete pads with beautiful seating and fire pits. They included all these details in each design decision, with RVers’ needs at the top.

With each season being mild, it is the perfect all-year adventure location for RVers. Ellijay blossoms with beauty all year round. Autumn’s colors paint across the mountains, and winter brings stunning hiking views and Christmas time in the Appalachians. The resort always remembers families with children and furry friends. They pride themselves on the Timber Gap Nature Scape, a family-friendly obstacle course made from wood and natural resources. Your children will want to adventure here day after day. Additionally, there are events for children, including painting, gaga ball, and numerous holiday activities.
Your furry friends will be happy and full of tail wags as they adventure in the Bear Den. The park is gated and divided into two parts, one for large breeds and one for small. And the best part for humans: a luxury indoor dog-washing station equipped with two large washing sinks and all the luxuries of a professional grooming station. You’re sure to walk away with a clean and happy pet.
